examples for two points of the spectrum: honkai star rail: bullet points are fine, presentation (game specifically rpg format) is dogshit, turns out okay chainsaw man: bullet points are messy at best, presentation rocks and gets so many style points that it somehow works out

(not a callout etc.) -one piece IS recognised globally. maybe not as a "classic" but we'll get there. -if written in a different medium this would absolutely not be the case. one piece is DEFINED by the weekly release, by the panel, by the art. if one piece was not manga it would NOT be one piece.
