Promising to pay someone for signing a petition satisfies the state statute. Doesn’t have to actually do it. Regardless, he issued some dude a check already on Thursday or Friday last week.

Wisconsinite here. I totally agree! Josh Kaul wanted to pass the buck and have the State Supreme Court do the work for him. Seems he has forgotten he is the top LEO in the state and is capable of filing charges for crimes. Bunch of pussies
