Brought the samples to be sorted in the morning. Unfortunately one of the filtering steps seems to have removed most of the cells 🫤 So it will be another try next week.

I rhink the most crucial is to have good enough PCR products. And to load enough library onto the flongle. We tweaked the protocol quite a bit, especially the Ampure purification steps in which we initially lost so much when following the original NP protocol.
