Competitive for anyone worldwide; when I moved to Europe in 2020 I was already acutely aware of how amazing yet competitive it was to get a position here (esp. in 🇨🇭). Now, after serving on 8 faculty searches, I have no idea how I made it ... Nonetheless, there are opportunities now! 🇪🇺🇨🇭🚀
