As I wrote about ten days ago, the people leaning toward taking the deal were Trump supporters and/or close to retirement. Others saw right through it. It’s all so grim. www.splinter.com/as-deferred-...

We need to buy TV time for anti-administration ads. It needs to be on TV in the faces of people who only watch Fox. That's a rooftop that matters. It would seem like there's some well-heeled folks chirping on this platform who could fund a PAC to do so. I'd be happy to contribute.

Yes! Hey Dems, a woman who works to keep drinking water safe just lost her job because the richest man in the world decided her salary was an “expense” too great for taxpayers. It’s wild how the cost of basic human dignity is always the first to get cut

They are absolutely useless!

"My worker who I sexually harrass can walk across the street and get a better job instead of being forced to humor or fuck me" was a genuine crisis for the business tyrant class in America.

I encourage minorities to think hard and deep before joining our Armed Forces while they are under the purview of this punk.

Finally @hollybfletcher.bsky.social on the pornbros, the theobros, and Hegseth: "All in all, he's a catastrophic choice to lead an institution with a sexual assault epidemic, which Hegseth's pastor would, one assumes, chalk up to female presence, not male turpitude." (Jan. 16)

Clever @jvl.bsky.social point about why the GOP circled the wagons for Hegseth: vice-signaling. "Republicans embrace vice not because they believe that the accused Republican figures are innocent, but because they believe they are guilty." (Jan. 14) www.thebulwark.com/p/vice-is-a-...

Don't fuck with gay people. Overturn Obergefell and we will burn this country down. To a crisp.

Utter horse sh#t. I’ll admit it. They got me down. I will get up and fight for what I believe is right. But it’s a lot right now. The left feels rudderless.

I'm with you. I'm straight but have friends and family in gay marriages - several of which exemplify some of the most loving marriages in my social orbit. And I truly don't see how their unions are anyone's business. Nor do I see how a gay couple in Idaho should fewer rights than a gay couple in CA.

I believe they waited for Hegseth to get in before pulling this fuckery.
