(Except in the case of Tarrio. Trump pardoned an adjudged terrorist who promised to protect him and we never talk about that.)

Yep, they were disappearing people in Portland, OR and other cities first time ‘round. It was proof of concept scaling up, and fast. We need to shut this down!

A very likely scenario is that they gave a favorable plea deal to a serious trafficker (CC1), not to mention a promise not to send him to CECOT, so they could put together this case against Abrego Garcia. Doesn't mean KAG didn't do anything for him.

UPDATE: The presiding judge in Abrego Garcia's case is Waverly Crenshaw, a 2016 Obama appointee confirmed 92-0 by the Senate. Another fact about Crenshaw? He presided over the corruption case of state Sen. Brian Kelsey — who Trump pardoned in March. www.politico.com/news/2025/06...

Live now @emptywheel.bsky.social is asking about the judges getting pizzas in the name of the son of an assassinated judge. Is Bondi investigating? 5ET/2PT youtu.be/G-soP-sr8y0, nicolesandler.com, emptywheel.net, nicolesandler.substack.com

Now to call a congressional hearing on a few of Elon's posted confessions.

Maybe "We the people" should counter his suit for double that?

I keep seeing people claim that Dems have done nothing on migrants, even though there have been 3 typical developments (including this comment) and 2 atypical ones this week that Dems whining that Dems are doing nothing might have magnified and made more useful. Ah well. Breitbart made it a thing.
