- AI gen is designed to work out something that already exists. It creates a variation of it by identifying and copying its patterns. You have almost no control on the rules applied to the generation, except constraints on the generation itself.

So what is gen in proc gen? It's an entry point. Like "draw a pixel every frame", or "use these modules as an input". But it's not creating anything else other than applying the procedural (so the method of generation) to your input. You have total control on what the procedural will affect
