This isn’t good enough :( cars coming off the highway don’t see / react to flashing beacons (which are often broken anyway). I really wish this was a light with pedestrian priority.
I really believe folks are going to die at Judkins because of these highway on/off ramps.

No but this is such a good example of the performative cuts that are all the rage right now. Like, you’re going to have to replace the carpet at some point - you’re just kicking the can - not saving money.
