Sorry for the loss :( i usually record in mkv format and convert to mp4 later, which means that if OBS crashes, you won't lose the entire file.

This is HEARTBREAKING. I caught 36 shiny Woopers to get the absent-minded mark but never got it... Now, my odds of getting that mark are around 1/500 instead of 1/20. PAIN.

Out of curiosity, how has the performance of your shorts been when marked as for kids? I'd expect some change because it's a totally different audience, but im also curious if it shows up on both feeds... for kids and "normal" youtube.

Such a frustrating and confusing space for pokemon youtubers.
The guidelines have different definitions for general and mixed audiences, and they are trying to be safe and call all pokecontent "for kids". Automatically.
The reality is that it's not safe because some poke content isn't for kids!

Even think about the more modern games, sword and shield as well as legends arceus had a lot of negativity on release and now I'd argue they are the most popular Pokemon games right now.
