It may have been one Bishop. I have seen confirmation of that. Not of the Pope asking it US wide. I am sure any person convinced of the value of such action would be welcome to organize/act accordingly. We don't need to just put this pn the clergy. Anyone could help.

Well, of course he is! That way the troops already there can have something to do--tell the newcomers how boring their new assignment is. BTW, has anyone remembered to provide food, shelter and bedding for the existing 'forces'? Or are they all going to sleep on floors and eat delivery pizza?
