i agree, i just think this nation has a way of making sure folks are too tired & drained to fight. but humanity has fought back under worse conditions .. i just think it still has to get even worse before people really start doing something about it.

that is the fear isn’t it.. it only takes 1 nation to start it for the rest to panic-follow, but they don’t hold that power without anything in return — we became the global economy in a sense, so crashing ours crashes everyone else’s effectively. also i think having the biggest military helps too

i think part of it is a lot of these people don’t think for themselves, so i think a lot of them weren’t actually hateful pre-trump. and the people that did have these thoughts kept them to themselves cause it wasn’t normalized. but nothing happens in a bubble, it’s not all attributed to the right

yeah, it’s less about immigrants and more about show of power. just like it wasn’t about the Jews, they just needed somewhere to displace their hate and anger. i just still can’t understand how they find people cruel enough to execute this brutality.. much like people wondered with nazis i suppose
