Things im procrastinating that I really shouldn't be procrastinating: finding a new primary care physician after my old one died last year. 5 minutes. It took 5 minutes. Damn it, self, why. (It's the anxiety. And the executive dysfunction. And maybe the ADHD. Not that any of it is diagnosed.)
