I also think they see the natural variations as completely different from transpeople, but to me it seems like it'd have a very similar biological root. Instead they invent this gender ideology pervert criminal trash bin with everything they don't like conflated.

Tbh a lot of people have a bad habit of talking before they have your attention, and still expecting you to get the message. If you ask them to repeat, they repeat the last part instead of the intro you didn't catch.
