Horrific! I visited Dachau as an exchange student to Germany in 1973. It is forever etched in my mind. I hate how many Americans are so ignorant! If people don’t learn from history it will repeat itself. Trump et al are terrifying!

🚨 We have STRICT gun laws in Australia
We've NEVER had a school shooting
AFTER our WORST mass shooting in 1996, our STRICT #GunLaws came into effect 12 days later!
I just CANNOT comprehend that Repubs are NOT prepared to PROTECT YOUR kids!

Let's start organizing now! We have work to do! Make Trump a lame duck president ASAP and mobilize to win elections on state and local levels and in the midterms! No time to waste!

My husband is from the UK & we go across to visit family every year. I go out of the way to not appear as an American since Trump imposed himself on this country. I even have Canadian luggage tags on our suitcases. He truly has made me & many others be embarrassed to be American.

That authorization process is one we should not be asking ins comps to do. That role should be performed by INDEPENDENT TPAs. With zero economic incentive to approve or deny.
The first step is for self insured entities to use 3rd party TPAs and move away from insurance companies for this service

Their primary role is to make sure that there is not fraud by providers (think overuse of operations to inflate revenue , or services not covered by the plan the user is covered by and/or determine if care is "medically necessary "
