Speaking as a teacher of young men and boys, I tell all my students they are beautiful souls who deserve a beautiful world and beautiful lives.
We also talk about the difference between reading or hearing something, even thinking or feeling something, and that something actually being true.

That means you’re doing something right.
One of my students brought up Tate in passing, and I was so shocked that he felt it necessary to stay after class and tell me, “I don’t watch him, I promise! People just talk about him.” 😆
