This kind of bizarre prioritisation is very familar to those who follow Scottish football. Zelensky - not staunch enough while his country is invaded.

Someone at Celtic is definitely trolling when you're releasing a t-shirt with a changing badge on it and charging £90. Irish origins? May as well call it forgotten our origins at that rip off price. Those that run the club only tug that "Irish origins" stuff when it suits them anyway.

After today’s disgraceful White House scenes, the UK and the rest of Europe should stand together as one and declare that America stands alone. Instead, Starmer will be praised for his arse kissing of Trump yesterday and we’ll prepare for a state visit we’ll have to pay for. Shameful.

I often use a laptop with a monitor plugged into it, and it's really frustrating that several streaming providers don't function in that set up (they only work if I unplug the monitor). Netflix and Paramount+ are fine, but Disney+, All4, and U On Demand (among others) just give a blank screen.

Now that away fans are confirmed by both clubs for the remaining two Glasgow derbies, it’s time the SPFL put in their own rules a minimum away fan allocation for their competitions similar to what the SFA have for the Scottish Cup. Should stop the allocation cutting we’ve seen from others lately.

After two blogs from me, here's two guys that actually know what they're talking about to review what actually happened.

Not Gene Hackman now as well! I grew up with him as Lex Luthor, which is by no means his best role but still one that I have fond memories of (yes, even Superman IV, it was the very first movie I saw at the cinema!). 95 is a good run, but still sad news. RIP.

Awful news. Far, far too young. I’m sure she’s many things to many people, probably depending on your age, but she’ll always be Buffy’s wee sister to me. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Celtic podcasts are ten a penny these days, and I don't tend to listen to many of them, but RGC is brilliant. Maybe I'm just a grumpy old man and this is my wheelhouse! It's especially good this week!

And another blog with a dodgy title for the game later today.

Big cast this week for a fun topic.

Who is answering these questions and do they understand that America, currently dictating to Ukraine what they can and can't do, is the big name in NATO? Do they also understand that by the terms of NATO this would mean declaring war on Russia as they would then be attacking a fellow member of NATO?

Barry Ferguson failing upwards as Rangers confirm the guy who was a dreadful manager for both Clyde and Alloa will see out the season as their head coach. I wonder if that's enough time for someone in the first team to undermine him the same way he did to Paul le Guen.

So I go this in the tl;dr newsletter today. Not now, Khan! www.lesswrong.com/posts/DfrSZa...

I think my ability to say "ooh I know that guy from..." took a new turn last night when @kwaziicat.bsky.social and I were finally watching Andor, got five episodes in and ended up watching five episodes of End of the F****** World on Netflix instead, all because I recognised Alex Lawther.

Repost with the first album you bought with your own money.

Let’s hope it’s better than what came before!

It's now over 20 years since Keith Jackson lifted a photoshop off the Huddleboard and published an exclusive look at the "controversial" new Nike Celtic kits. A wonder he survived that embarrassment. He might be right, but even if he told me today was Thursday I'd want to verify his source first.

I don't have the same aim, but I worked out I've also managed to do six of them! Celtic, Bayern Munich (at their old stadium), Barcelona, AC Milan (so technically also Inter but I didn't see Inter play), Manchester United and Benfica.

Last night feels like a missed opportunity for a huge upset. The chance was there to score the goals to knock Bayern out in the 90, never mind just take them to extra time. In the end, neither happened. The most important thing now is to be in the best position to go again next season.

US involvement is definitely history repeating. The West's part in the 1940s carve up cannot be ignored. Poland's borders and sphere of influence were decided without Poland's input by the likes of Churchill and FDR (later Truman), as were several other countries. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western...

This title is way better than any of my blogs, but I do still have ABBA in my head now! (Which is better than the Rimmer song from Red Dwarf VII that I had when I first heard the news!)

This week's title is even worse than last week's. But it is a monster task.

Only thing annoying me tonight from that performance is leaving the diving Englishman free at the back post for the second goal. The first goal is a peach of a finish, the ending to game was exciting and the tie isn’t done yet. I don’t expect us to turn it around over there, but you can hope!

Couldn't think of a decent blog title this week so just raided the five-a-side football team name backlog.

I can see this one becoming another series of podcasts... mainly because I have my own list and couldn't make it last night!

If Rangers need a new manager, I have a feeling there’ll be one with experience of success in Scotland who is going to be free in about 45 minutes time.

Ten times winners of the Scottish Cup progress at the expense of the one time winners.

Lots to talk about with a tight SWPL and the nations league back this month too!
