The courts, even SCOTUS, will rule this unconstitutional. It violates numerous federal laws and statutes that no EO can ever override. Such protections are inherent, and guaranteed to everyone. This is just an orange child having a hissy fit over his failed B-day. open.substack.com/pub/centered...
