We'll have to see what they do in the draft, but if they don't fix the trenches (you know, like the Eagles and Commanders are concentrating on), nothing is gonna change.

Please please let AR sign with the Seahawks and not the Giants 🙏

Well, there's a desperation trade for Cousins. Also, some analysts suggested signing Jimmy G or Mac Jones a while back 😬

Rather trade for Montgomery, but remember the cost of the contract essentially doubles with the Cohen tax.

For all those wishing for Bregman, I can't see the Mets doing a 7 year contract like he wants.

Don't see them giving a big contract for a 1B when they just traded for Tucker and have to give him a massive extension.

Also, I believe signing another player with a qualifying offer means we lose another draft pick plus 1 million of the international bonus pool money. Bringing back Pete is the best option for the Mets.

A good way to destroy a young player's confidence and potentially his career is to jerk him around from position to position. The Mets have been pretty clear their first choice is to have Vientos remain at 3B.

Starts with one of Acuna or Jett plus...

They had better sign an established front end starter, otherwise the rotation will be injury question, reclamation project, hope the breakout was real lefty, reliever to starter experiment, pray that he finally gets it together righty, and a whole bunch of who knows depth options.

Nah, he's having the owners do the money bag toss. Heaviest bag wins! 😂

Probably nothing happens until Soto signs much like with Ohtani last year.
