Interesting enough, we used to have proxy voting so folks could vote while they’re sick or other reasons. House Republicans eliminated proxy voting last session. If you aren’t in the building, you can’t vote. So, if you’re in the hospital, your 750,000 constituents lose their voice on the issue.
