Pikku Närhi (Jaybird) was the comic I read over and over again before my dad let me read Blacksads.
I have the clearest memory of visiting Tampere with my mom and aunt and finding an art show of comics and seeing art of Jaybird there. I was left feeling haunted by the ar. Ofc I had to read it

I FUCKING LOVE AZUMANGA DAIOH !! I recently reread it again had so much fun. Never really watched the anime,but read the manga a bunch of times as a pre-teen and as a teen. There is so many iconic scenes and characters. Osaka was always my favorite alongside Sakaki and Chiyo.

Now that I have time to yap I will.
Kettujamala Palelee (Fox God is Freezing) is the comic that made me realize I want to make comics. I have loved comics since I was a kid, but Fox God made me want to one day put my heart in one.
The older I get, the more I relate to this comic. I just love it.
