I totally agree that Romance deals with deep issues, and can hold as much value as any other type of fiction. But also! It doesn’t have to tackle deep issues to be as valuable. And what people mean by deep issues often overlooks depth provided by Romance in many areas that literary fiction ignores.

Copilot reinstalled itself latest Windows update. How to kill it. Go into Settings, then System, then Storage, then apps. Find Copilot & click "Uninstall." Check for it again after every update. In MS Word, go to Account, then Account Privacy, manage settings & turn off all connected experiences.

The Civ VII theme is live! Working with Christopher Tin has been a career highlight. It started (unsurprisingly?) with the Iliad quote. Once we looked at the original Greek, the idea of a multilingual piece using some great epics that still move us today seemed so fitting for the game’s vision.

Degenkolb will return to racing in 2025 at the AlUla Tour, then use the Tour of the Algarve to get himself in shape for the spring classics up to and including his home race Eschborn-Frankfurt on 1 May. We might see his 11th participation in the Tour de France after that :)
