Some weird decisions by the defence. Digne goes in strong and takes himself out of the play (Salah fortunate to keep the deflection in his path) and Mings completely fixed in the six yard box for the entire passage. Not good

At 60 million, I think this is a no brainer. Gives us flexibility with Kai to rest or reposition (left 8) and is a proven EPL goalscorer.
Also leaves the door open if/when we bring in the young striker that they don’t have to immediately hit the ground running.
