We had an opportunity to do that 4 years ago but didn’t. There’s a book - After Trump - about how to prevent it from happening again. We did very little of that and here he is again.

I think he is using this as a test of his powers. I think that the reason that he replaced the heads of the military branches was so he could have yes men in place when he wants to run the military against the American people to quash protests etc.
