I don't have #ADHD, but I used to get bored and distracted during meditation - until I discovered the Waking Up app. It teaches you to accept and observe your thoughts, making the whole practice way easier to stick with.
If you haven’t called it quits yet, give the intro courses a shot 😉.

It's hard to see progress in the grind of daily life, but when you zoom out, it all starts to make sense. Before you know it, you'll be wrapping up your PhD, realizing just how much you've achieved along the way.

I like to give myself tentative deadlines.
In this way, I am not giving it more time than it should take to get it done.
And I agree, music helps 😉

3/4 Don’t get me wrong, I still love my iPhone. But the numbers don’t lie - buying the company is a better investment than buying the product (especially if you’re tempted to upgrade every year).
