Goes hand in hand with internalizing

Marginalized tech people are a little less prone to this kind of arrogance, probably because bias and discrimination are no-easy-solutions problems. Harder to grow up without learning that complicated things are not simple and cows are not spherical.

This complaint also applies to people who should be experienced enough to know better but don't.
Especially if they're butting into other fields and declaring that the experts in that field are ignoring an "obvious" solution (they're not)
