What number in the series Dracula X is... is such a hellish thing to try and quantify. If we go off story cannon it's like 7th because 4 is just 1 but the first two gba games are cannon and rondo and dracula X are the same. In terms of actual game releases with different titles it's like 13th. :(

Thanks for the reminder because I got a reply on this upload not too long ago that I needed to make sure the actual texture files are also included in the zip. I really should go back and make sure it gets uploaded unless you have already beat me to it.

I'm in the same boat Glossy. I trust Del Toro but if there isn't a single use of the word "Countenance" in that script, they might need a reshoot (I haven't watched the teaser yet so I may retract this statement in a couple of minutes)

Thanks Glossy, dunno if I'm back back, we will see, but I did really want to do something with this game. I'm glad you liked it.

4K60 Version on YouTube below (I cut the opening bit for YouTube so it's just straight to the DOOM) youtu.be/63-N5FblCHk?...

It is far and away the best part of an already phenomenal game so... sorry to your wallet, but it's mandatory. Ds3 just isn't the same game without it's best areas, bosses, story and music including quite possibly the best boss FROMSOFT has ever and will ever make.

Thx glossy, gotta spend my time I would have spent in Photoshop and Piskel on Babbel :)

Game By: KoBeWi So, tbh, at the start I was ready to not recommend this one and it does start rough. Mismatched sprite sizes and having to jump on a standard goomba 3 times to kill sucks but, once you get that fireball, it shows it's true colours and is quite fun, try it. mfgg.net/index.php?ac...

Did we... did we Summon Duskbloods?

Would be a sick hypothetical follow-up to The Order 1886 that we would never get but now I'm just embarrassed that people are showing up to like this shitpost.... it was so low effort ;(

Thx glossy, I tried to loosen up a bit on the voice over. Hope it was less cringe ;)... This will not be a consistent thing though.

CV64 was doing a really good job of masquerading images as 3d Models with the Candle Pillars.... So obviously I couldn't use a static image and I had to model it all myself. But I think it looked decent enough. Thanks Glossy

I went straight into this after my first time completing the game and christ is it a cathartic run. They are the hydrogen bomb to an entire game of coughing baby. Highly recommend

I was more referring to what BonfireVN was up today... I didn't watch it on desktop but I think it's a safe bet that the "most replayed" section is 40 second in... and possibly also the unused grab.

Today though....

With the player character I was going for an attempt at an Albus. I'm sure a Belmont would have had too easy of a time with it :)

I love all the artwork for this so much and I wanted to print it out and burn it to a disk as well but.... I actually don't have a disk drive at all anymore. Your copy looks fantastic though :) I'm jealous

6. Go to the "Games" tab and click on the first option (though all of them will probably work but with various patches applied) Also, make sure to set the video settings to your liking before you load the game
comment in response to post
4. Open up the new "redream.x86_64-windows-v1.5.0" folder and click on "redream.exe" 5. Click on the Libary tab at the top, it will probably automatically scan for and find the game but if it doesn't click "Add Directory" and then navigate to the folder that contains the game
comment in response to post
2. Download the latest version of Redream redream.io/download 3. Highlight both the files you downloaded, right click on them and select "extract each archive to separate folder" (if you don't see these options download either WinRar www.win-rar.com/start.html?&... or 7Zip - they are free :) )

That's a pretty sick thing to own regardless. A great one for the collection.....BUUUUT getting this to run on pc is actually quite easy so I'll just quickly run through it if you are interested. 1. Download the game files from www.sega-dreamcast-info-games-preservation.com/en/castlevan...

Also, I really wanted to find a way to rip all of the models from this and throw it into something like Godot or unity to try to at least fix the collisions and try to get the dodges working. Doesn't seem like there are any good tools for doing so with dreamcast unfortunately.
comment in response to post
I think one of the more interesting gameplay additions here is actually the proper dodge rolls, which (I may be wrong) weren't in a 3d vania until lament. They don't work properly here and Sonia stays in place when she does it, but the iFrames appeared to work. Definitely try this if you haven't

Game by: KuroGamedev This is simple but very competent. A few enemy placements might need a little tuning... it is a tech demo after all. But in the ways that matter, this is looking, feeling and playing pretty great. Download link: kurogamedev.itch.io/lady-of-the-...
