Mean 15000 per year for the top percentile which is a rounding error for that group but would be life-changing for the bottom 10% of households. Imagine if they just gave everyone in the bottom percentile $1k a month basic income instead of this. And this shows it would be perfectly possible.

Sometimes, when I am able to step back and get a bit of perspective, I am amazed that I am still alive, that I still get up nearly every day and do what needs to be done.
