Fascism reverses and usurps language. The goal is to control truth and thus control people.
Democratic politicians and journalists who accept their framing are contributing to this as legitimizers to the mainstream.

It is also pathetic and disgusting how these people fail to grasp that the end-game here isn’t just forcing a tiny number of trans kids out of sports (which is bad enough!) : it’s forcing all women and queer people out of sports and public life.
