As someone who desperately wants a pet and who was looking at moving to another place not so long ago, this take is narrow-minded. Wait, there's only 3 more episodes. That kinda sucks, we know next episode is Eric Frankenstein backstory, and we still have doctor phosphorus and nina, so either we won't get one of their backstories or we will learn the backstory of one of the main characters during the finale.

I feel like this is just a limitation of words and language, no? And the need to find a word that means experiencing a book, cuz like, reading is specifically about looking at texts. And while listening and reading a book is both valid, I would argue they provide different enough experiences....
