Just landed in Orlando for Converge 2025! Super excited to talk Tov with school leaders in the morning. converge.education/speakers/

I watched a WW2 documentary last night about post-war Germany. The country investigated its own self for post-war crimes. Coincidentally, very few Nazi prison camp guards were brought to justice.

Morning, friends. You are deeply loved every day.❤️

My alma mater is in the news again. Seriously, whose ego can make such a claim about the departure of God’s glory? — Has the glory of God departed from Wheaton? Through weak and docile leadership, regrettably, it has. firstthings.com/god-and-man-...

I thought for sure I had pink eye (in both eyes) yet my doctor says it’s a HEAD COLD SPREAD TO MY EYES. What in the world. 😷🤒🤧

Anne is a global health worker from Montana who worked on the President's Malaria Initiative – a USAID-funded project that aims to stop malaria from killing kids. This is her story: www.youcanknowthings.com/w/

“The problem in our classroom,” says my kindergarten student to her classmates, “is all of you are sinning.” 😂 It’s hard to have a bad day in kindergarten!

I can’t stand the thought of elderly in their homes not getting Meals on Wheels deliveries. Please no. 🙏🏼

Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers. This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder. Auschwitz took time.

Well — one less stress for us, folks. We shan’t concern ourselves with Taylor’s Eras tour schedule and whether or not she can arrive to the Super Bowl with time to spare.

End the pardon power. It's an outdated vestige of royalty, and it's been abused too many times.

Dr. King’s Letter from Birmingham Jail is a masterclass in weaving theology, philosophy, and history into a call for justice. Read it 👇🏿✝️ africa.upenn.edu/Articles_Gen/L… #mlkday2025

In Martin Luther King Jr.’s final speech, calling for support of black sanitation workers on strike over poor work conditions, he challenged his audience to develop a “dangerous unselfishness.” His example and call is to reframe how we respond to injustice. julieroys.com/dangerous-un...

Have you read Dr. King's, "Letter From A Birmingham Jail,"? It is one of the greatest literary pieces of the 20th century. It's worth the 24 minutes it takes to read. #mlkday2025 www.africa.upenn.edu/Articles_Gen...

Well. What did everyone eat for their last supper?

The Jesus of Scripture, the God who is love, was called a drunkard and a friend of sinners. The sinners saw his holiness and felt the hope of a new life with him. May we, too, become friends to sinners, inviting the to join us in the light. www.derwinlgray.com/litupwithlove

Here's one for the theobros.

Mark just asked me what King Charles is doing these days and I answered his question in confident detail.👊🏻

It’s a new year and I’m here to tell you I did not meet my 2024 reading goal and the world did not end.

We had ourselves a cozy day of puzzling.🎄

Chanukah sameach.🕎

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.🎄

I’m going to say something unpopular: I CANNOT get into A Christmas Story.

Laughing at my own self… Anyone else spending Christmas Eve day reading about the corruption in the Nixon administration? 😂

I think it’s the season to feel what you feel. And snuggle with a puppy for comfort.

Despite the report’s damning findings, and despite Welby’s prior statement that he took “personal and institutional responsibility,” his head-had-to-roll statement was viewed by many as, yet again, side-stepping his personal responsibility and minimizing the horror: baptistnews.com/article/arch...
