We submit at least 20 books a year and they review one or two. Not sure what we're going to do. $950 is a lot for a small nonprofit press.

They already gave some of the online functions to a private company (like ordering a duplicate license, getting certain records) and it means citizens have to pay an extra fee that's just profit for the company.

This has been done to the DMV in North Carolina. I keep waiting for the legislature to say they "have to" privatize it.
