Ok. I've been on a diet for one week now. I do exercise every single morning. I am eating cottage cheese little fried food no processed, have become a rabbit eating lettuce, cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower but have only lost 1kg. This ain't right. Today I did 14,067 steps.

I'm trying to not go grocery shopping until I've used the various produce still in the larder, freezer or fridge. So today I,made a potato and spinach curry with homemade naan bread, and onion bhajis. it was delicious, vegetarian and cheap. Will definitely be making this meal again.
