Havel is simply the best. I wonder if he'll tell them all about his wife leaving him for a younger man and how tired he is of the Rosfields. Dragoons would like to return to Sanbreque now. 😂

well hey when you’re able to pick out things you want to improve on you’re in a growth spurt bc you’re seeing what you weren’t before. your eye has leveled up! give yourself the reward of fun before that of accuracy or Perfectly Executed Skills and just play with that one thing that trips you up~ 🫡

idk i'm like even if you can hold an image in your mind and i can't i still don't feel like i'm losing out because i have too much fun barfing lines on a page. chaos is Also A Way Forward!!!! or something.

oh yeah so it's all abstract imagery or words, right. it's just the idea of the thing and it's not fully realized as a finished image. so same boat. 😂 imo a lot of visualizing just comes from actively trying to retain imagery over a period of time and maybe for some folks that generates Full Scale?

If it’s any consolation the wretchedness of putting to paper the idea or image coherently is still the same hurdle. 😂 Idk if I’m someone that really holds an image in their mind; I get ideas or flashes of things and then cobble those together with reference or by thumb-nailing and free sketching. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Jill was so hot for murdering Imreann. “May the crystals’ blessing go with you” lives in my brain. Benedikta’s story had the potential to go places too and it was over as soon as it began with male characters manipulating and screwing her over. I want to Examine the main scenario writer. 🧐🥲

Yeah and the evil shallow mother depiction is like a pretty stereotypical portrayal too hahaha so it’s like “why that?!” 🤷🏻‍♀️ Yelling at Maehiro or something, who I think has been criticized before for how he depicts women (I should look into this lol).

Omg truly. I love the female characters in this game but it’s disappointing how the writer handled their respective routes. This is Masculinity the game lmao (it’s a good thing I love male characters having a bad time and bawling but also oof @ women here sigh!!!).

I also feel like this game just doesn’t really care about its main women cast either oops. Tho I do actually love Anabella just being unforgivably evil hahaha.

Lol now you got me thinking about her. I do feel like even with her shallow wretchedness she serves the perfect role of showing how entrenched class + politics are in breeding and bloodlines, which Clive is trying to tear down. In this way he has to contend with family before he can face Ultima. 😬

I kinda love that Anabella becomes a character that haunts Clive from off screen haha; him returning to Rosaria + later Audhyl Docks and seeing what choices she’s made to punish Rosarians is brutal. She is high above everyone else. I will never get over her rage throwing a goblet at Clive’s pecs.

Anyways. It's fun to muse on which families' ancestors distributed the beneficial trait of aether resistance (spoiler: you know it's everyone). 🧍‍♀️

I find it really interesting that the other nations in the Twins don't really have a bloodline (?) that is upheld and valued. Cid's awakening as Ramuh, as an outsider from another continent, suggests his family may have been from the Twins at some point? And nothing is known about Garuda or Titan...

Interesting! Population density greatly affects bloodlines; certainly explains why the Rosfields & Lesages are so fanatical about blood relations too. But it's interesting that Shiva can awaken in someone from any class/non-royalty because of their isolation, meanwhile other nations have to curate.
