Also worth mentioning that only Legislative Branch can make laws. EO’s are not laws, nor can they usurp existing law. They have to have some basis in existing legislative law. In effect, they are “directional” in nature.

Outrageous! Article II gives a President Executive Power meaning the ability to run the branch PER our Constitution and laws. That is part of his oath of office. Article III is very clear as to has Judicial Power and can interpret the Constitution and Laws and it’s the Supreme Court/ Courts.

@hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social DNC lost the election - their main strategy was donations. Outreach was pitiful, people who called only interested in getting $. Either uneducated or uninformed about issues, or did not care to listen. Very frustrating. An educated & informed electorate is how you win.
