One of my favourite things in games that are rough around the edges with their voice acting and also set like in the medieval period is that characters will just pronounce names of people and places wildly differently and instead of feeling like a major error it instead just enhances immersion.

The art style looks a lot better here than it did in the last trailer although I still think it’s going too much in the direction of “realism” it’s sort of lost that totally exaggerated and playful and charming style, especially in areas outside of towns.

I’ve really come to dislike when people call video games “entertainment”, because while video games obviously can be methods to entertain yourself, I think it’s an incredibly limiting descriptor for an art form. Art won’t always be “entertaining” but that isn’t inherently a flaw of the art.

I get such a weird feeling when I look back at the early days of my channel. It's a kind of nostalgia that hurts a little. I can look back through 2012, 2013 into 2014 when I started to find identity with making shit and it was so formative for me as a creator, but I can't truly interact with it.
