Pro-business president expects us business to eat added tax ... And maga types call long time Republicans "RINOs" but not this guy.

Sounds like the economy of dozens of areas are about to go into 20+ yr decline as the business built around that base dries up.

The guy Republicans are willing to go to the mat for, is a guy who makes a mockery of everything the base claimed to stand for over the years. Except taxes. Still on brand there.

Shaping the narrative to blame someone else. And his followers who can't be bothered to follow economic news (but will moan about eggs and gas and jerbs anyway) will eat it up because it came from their NASCAR driver...errm political candidate.

Speaking of terminations that can't come fast enough... They were on path to cut rates until some "Jaques" and his cronies started pushing tariffs. Shrug.

Wonder if any of the people enabling this mess also expect their kid or grandkids to get into those prestigious Ivies. Sure they'll be enthusiastically admitted.

Do reporters even really want to cover Trump or his staff already knowing almost everything they state is a load anyway?

Bailouts won't bring that business going to other countries back. But they'll get it for national security. Do they still give canned produce, meat, powdered milk to folks on gov assistance like decades ago? Know they stopped giving out that awesome "cheese" block.

Keep the faith guys... I just know all these companies will uproot and onshore their supply chain for a lame duck president. Those shit paying, 10-12hr laboring, no time off granting manufacturing jobs are coming back.

Wonder what all these likely campaign contributing companies think about a fellow govt contractor and his band of 4chan edgelords coming in and deciding who's worthy of suckling on the government teat. Those tax cuts better be damn worth it.

If they believed he'd support American farmers after burning down 30yrs of work to sell into China in his first admin, that's on them. And good luck getting subsidized this go round as His Majesty has no personal reason to care about what the voting block he sold a bill of goods to want.

Lmao. So he's using xAI to both bolster X and mine users for data. Wonder how much of xAI funding went to buying that Twitter debt. Long as smart money good with it (exclusive of pension funds hopefully), ok.

One positive about Trump doing what a businessman does, pushing the legal envelope to get what he wants, is he highlights areas to fix and strengthen going forward. That and he makes "strong, conservative leadership" look like a bunch of weak subservient followers.
