Twitter is also a private company that requires an account in order to access. Will they post the same info on their website? They don’t legally have to email reporters, but restricting info to one source which requires an acct and ppl can be banned from accessing seems very easily challenged

True, but Garland should've dropped the charges against Trumps coconspirators in the documents case to preserve the evidence.
We all knew the DOJ was gonna dismiss once Trump got in office. If Garland had preemptively dismissed, he could've preserved the evidence. Instead, it'll be destroyed.
