My fav is Camberwell twinned with Sceaux - Camberwell has the Sceaux gardens estate (where some of the blocks are named after schools/locations in Sceaux, like Lakanal, Marie Curie) and Sceaux has Avenue de Camberwell

Rue de Richmond in Fontainebleau appears to be recently built, although per Google Street View it remains unopened and the most recent picture (the last one) shows it deteriorating and becoming overgrown.
