I saw a lot of bikes parked around homes, but no bike lanes. I think people use the sidewalks or brave the streets if they don’t have a car. Not a lot of cars outside rush hour.

I’ve got nothing except that I ended up walking (I had a train back that didn’t allow bikes) and it took about an hour. Wouldn’t recommend doing it at night.

He said we should have pressed the stop request sooner but he was already stopped to let folks on. By the time we realized he wasn’t budging and should exit through the open front door, the train had left the stop.

It’s not the T but how reliable different commuter rail lines are (in terms of sticking to the schedule). Could be helpful for people considering if their new job or weekend trip will require a car

Seconded! This app loads better and doesn’t have an ad every three tweets, for starters. But the live tweeting isn’t as good without Taylor, Evan, and Mike Reiss

NACTO has this on their website, can’t find the abstract in my ten minute phone search but it may be a place to start.

It’s a bit of a leap in logic but a driver’s cone of vision narrows at higher speeds so it follows that anyone crossing the road unexpectedly should be safer at lower speeds - including animals
