I love what you do, @angrystaffer.bsky.social , but “don’t obey in advance” seems like misguided shaming. We need to be realistic about the possibilities here - with a majority in Congress and corrupt-as-hell Supreme Court, it’s likely the GOP will fight for and win their way around a 2028 election.

Yeah, this is one of those “way easier said than done” things. When you grew up here and everyone you know and love is here - not to mention your job - it’s really not an option to just pack it up and go. Some of us have loved this state our whole lives, and still love a lot of people here.

I think you’re overlooking the very real need many of us have right now to protect our mental health. I know that sounds dramatic, but the outcome of this election has been devastating for many of us, and Blue Sky allows us to silence the voices that we simply can’t hear at the moment.
