Exactly. We were warned, many times, but we got lazy, stopped reading, paying attention, thinking how we achieved & amassed so much. Not too late to take the country back. Talk to each other, sign petitions, follow Progressive minds, like their posts, repost them. We can, we must, make our way back.

The worst Congress in the nation's history was the last one, led by Republicans whose only mission was to "get" Biden. Countless time & $ spent on self-serving committees to kill bills that addressed real needs & concerns. What makes you think this Congress, now w\Senate, will act against Trump?

Yes, AARP pushes United Health Insurance. They've sold out. BTW, so had Consumer Reports to the auto industry via Tru Car, & to Big Ag & Dairy through their dietary recommendations. Suddenly for cars, the MSRP became the true price of a car & cholesterol in egg yolks & whole milk became healthy.

Yes. This is a Herculean task & will only succeed if we all recognize healthcare is a human right, Health Insurance is not. The Health Insurance Industry is bigger than you, but not bigger than us. Thank you.

And you can pull yourself up by your own bootstraps, but don't touch my boat.

Yeah, couldn't fit, making our air travel is safe. MAGA Morons should bitch loudly too many Fed workers next time one of them boards a plane.

Less than 2% of the employed population in the U.S. is a federal employee. Less than 2% serving 350 million of us. Making sure your food is safe, water is good, bridges are safe, your SS is intact & your check is cut, processing everything one depends on through our gov't. Find a Corp. that good.

The VA is a good national Healthcare provider, operating understaffed & underfunded for its mission. However they too fall short when it comes to providing Mental Healthcare, the "Invisible Disease." They are forced into being mere "Box Checkers" just to clear their load, providing scant help.

This is becoming common, a ploy used by the cowardly to cover their vote by shifting the blame to unqualified appointees by saying, "Well, he\she promised me, so it's not on me." They keep using this, so I guess we're that stupid. We deserve every bit of this abnormality.

Agree wholeheartedly, for when you have the Chair (Jefferies) stand up & ask, "What leverage do we have? They have the House, the Senate, the WH, this is their gov't.", you know he cannot lead, for he has us, the people, waiting & there are still more of us than them. He is a disgrace.

Yeah, wonder what'd it be like if Biden was in that car? FOX & Republicans would've loved it, fodder for 4 yrs., investigations for 4 yrs., motions for impeachment for 4 yrs., 'Merica!

Agree with the passion & the need for him to go, but he must leave intact, unharmed, for we saw what a fleck of destroyed teleprompter did to his ear & how he played it. Should it be otherwise, I think MAGA & the sycophant Republican Party, abetted by Corporate Media, will bestow martyrdom on him.

In Trump I, many of his appointees were caught off guard & resigned once seeing that Trump was in it for himself & had zero ability & no clue, but this time around, the cabinet & all his appointees know exactly who he is & what they're supposed to do, so don't look for any push back or resignations.

Watched you reading yesterday with hope that someone of your abilities & experience gets it, won't accept this abnormality as reality & will continue to call out with facts, those who break our tenants of government & established law. You're going "Point" on this, so know many of us are with you.

Or he says, "Unless there's been a change in how people think & became aware & smarter, it'll be just fine, for me."

Like all the cowards who ran away from their service, they carry a deep seeded revenge & envy of those who served. They know they come up short in the manhood department & try to minimize, degrade or erase our service & loyalty to our oath now that they're in power. We stood; they hid.

Why not, who's going to stop him, say no to him, hold him accountable? I don't see anyone emerging, I see no unity, I see no plan, unless it's to just outlast him. Trouble with that idea is when he's out (?) what's left? Who thinks for 1 moment that the next POTUS will give up presidential immunity?

Would you agree this is made possible by the quality of the audience to discern a sales pitch from facts? Republicans do understand education & how it effects how information is processed, why else would they work so hard in undermining Public Education & to keep us uninformed & misinformed?

I do like Gulf of Mexico as a nod to history. But Gulf of America is the DEI name for a body of water that includes, via its name "America", the home to 1+ Billion people, 35 nations, 22 independent countries & 28% of earth's inhabitable land. Trump should be given credit for being Inclusive.

We should know by now, he's not going to do this. The tariffs are scheduled to take effect in March or April & by then he'll have told so many lies, fabricated other diversions, that Media will move on. The tariffs were for MAGA, not economics.

Yes, & who's he buying it from? Will any congress member tell Trump if he's looking to turn a ravaged place into a great place, he doesn't have to go foreign, he can stay right here, making some U.S. city or state great again. Hell, let him call it Trumpolina, Trumpavania, Trumpabama, whatever.

A few thoughts on Herr Musk. 1) No one's going to prison 2) Musk got all the money 3) Everything in the U.S. is for sale 4) Musk went nation shopping, found Trump, bought him. 5) Musk knows no one has the courage to stop him 6) Apartheid is what Musk knows & remembers fondly.
