Surgery consult tomorrow morning, but it’s already been confirmed they’re going to have to go with a reverse shoulder surgery due to damage to my rotator cuff which means early retirement as a fire and circus performer, which makes up more than 50% of my annual income Please give if you can

Surgery is scheduled for April 29th for my shoulder, TBI is confirmed from CT scans that came in over the weekend and still have PHP/IOP treatment for the PTSD for 18 more weeks from 9-3 every Mon-Fri with no excused absences Any help you can give is greatly appreciated
