Little yellow/orange egg-like things cling to the side of a fallen tree in the middle of a thick forest on Mt. Hood in Oregon. These unusual looking objects aren't actually eggs, however. These are the fruit bodies of Leocarpus fragilis, one of my favorite slime molds! 🥚 🍄📷 📸🎞 🌿🌱 🍄 📷
