9:09 AM this morning all three Baltic states disconnected from the Russian IPS/UPS system. Tests are being performed today (50% done at the moment) and tomorrow we join the Continental European grid. Oil in 2006, gas in 2014, electricity 2025. Looks like we're free. #energysky #baltics #russia
