Little known factoids: 1) Social Security currently has an overhead of a measily 1%, and a >1% fraud rate. 😲 2) Medicaid has only a 4% overhead!

Nothing in the CR "cedes power of the purse" from Congress. It's essentially what was passed in 2024, with minor spending mods. The Antideficiency Act governs shutdowns, so the argument of "further enabling the executive branch" is moot when the #FelonBLOTUS admin is illegally cutting FED jobs.
