The original post has real "change my mind" vibes. The reddest of flags.

I bought another yard of this fabric before the fabric store closes forever. Her three-year-old sister has figured out where these toys are coming from and she has IDEAS*.
(*A second Kojuloc, but this one's a kitty.)

"He writes for women so naturally. Can you believe this was written by a man?"

Fun fact: Kojuloc got his name from my niece writing random letters on a scrap of paper. I think it sound like a name for a grizzled old wizard in a D&D campaign. "The wizard Kojuloc can make this potion for you, but it will come at a price."

My sisters and I had a fabric-shopping night last week. Things are already disappearing, so if there's a pattern that you love, don't wait for the liquidation sales. Craft shoppers know how to circle like vultures.

The Michael's Crafts near me has a small fabric section. Nowhere near Joanna-sized, but better than nothing. Hopefully, they will expand their fabric department, now that more people will be depending on them for it.

I did a "stock up" shop last week. Will probably come back once the clearance sales begin. Too bad I'll never have that kind of selection again.

If you knew nothing about Super Mario and boos, this might look like a game where a nice ghost pats you on the head until you fall asleep.

I wonder if they are going to remember that Polly also has a boyfriend or if Gerald will continue to only exist when needed, like the majority of the cast.

It's okay, I put a few lines on the text layer, but I didn't overlap any words, so it was easy to cut and paste things into the right place.

There's something unnatural about versions of Biffo that aren't ugly.

Are you suggesting that Elon Musk would publicly make a big, splashy promise with no idea if he could actually fullfill it? I don't know, let's check and see if he's done that kind of thing repeatedly throughout his entire career.

The first time I read about the suggestion that the USA could take over Canada, I thought, "The provinces aren't going to like this. And the territories? Yukon bet they'll want Nunavut."

The first part of my morning routine is "Feed Cats." They allow nothing else to proceed until step one is completed. It is non-negotiable. Or, should I say NYAN-negotiable.

Guess it's another "check my Bluesky at work, then try not to laugh out loud at my phone" kind of day.

When this first ran, my paper didn't include the drop panels. The piece is so much stronger as a whole.

Pro tip: if you ever get a letter that claims to be from a bank or investment group, but it DOES NOT contain a second page that lists terms and conditions, it probably ain't legit.

All of your couple art evokes a very strong sense of "I hope this works out for you."

Thanks. Every so often, I try to find someone I've crossed path with on Twitter here on Bluesky You always had great art/comic/story recommendations and I look forward to seeing what you share here too.

I understand wanting kids to broaden their range, but this stinks of cultural elitism; "If it's popular, it must be junk."
It's bad enough to treat adults that way, but far worse to do it to children.

Do cats process embarrassment? Penelope ran out of the room, then immediately turned around walked back in like she was pretending nothing had happened.

I have a very tight script ready long before I start the art. But sometimes, when I add the text to my illustrations, I notice that a different phrase would fit the scene better, so I make minor adjustments to dialogue as I go.

The whole, "Getting what I like is objectively good, but getting what I don't want is evil" attitude always seems very insecure. Like, it's not enough to say "I am a human with preferences and I should get my way sometimes." It has to be society's fall to evil when the word doesn't bend to him.

I may be remembering the ratios wrong, but do I remember people being really confident in their answers, even when the comments were directly opposed to each other.

I know people who still talk about the one that discussed bringing home leftovers from a dinner date.
About half the comments said "I'd be offended if a date saved the food," while the other half said, "I'd be offended if she wasted the food I paid for." Quite the study of human interactions.
