Access to appropriate interventions which may include delayment of puberty to reduce #GenderDysphoria symptoms, which can have long-term harmful effects, are required & should rest on medical expertise in this field. This has been demonstrated to save lives. 3/3 #IStandWithTransKids

This is absolutely wrong, based on a fundamentally flawed review & is against the recommendations of the #BritishMedicalAssociation. Not one UK doctor is chemically castrating kids. The effects of puberty blockers are reversible on ceasement. Being #Trans is not a political issue... 2/3

I hope it goes well Dermot. Hopefully you'll be able to put things right without any hassle. It's such a ridiculous system - I dread looking at any notification they send me (as a self-employed claimant, I get a lot)

Yeah, it seems edits aren't possible after a post has been made. Worth keeping in mind for future ref. You're a lovely person & deserve to be happy ❤️

You certainly look happier in yourself &, I can only talk about recently, are a joy to be around. Please don't forget to add #AltText to images so those using #Screenreaders can gauge the Sasquatchness 😉

I noticed this contradiction too. Meanwhile, bombs dropped on Southern Lebanon & Beirut ahead of so-called ceasefire talks. 🤔

Wouldn't know about your accent love as my phone is set to silent after a certain time. I'm sure you sound just like Liam Neeson 😉

I don't know if this platform allows edits once a post is up, but please consider adding #Subtitles to your videos & #AltText to images. This makes your content more #Accessible for those who need it. Thanks 😊

Just bought some cards. My Grandma was among one of the 1st cohorts of NHS nurses, along with her younger sister. She ran a tight ship both on the wards & at home, with 5 kids. She was an elected Councillor, passing policies for looked after kids. I bought them for her memory.

Great that you have, but this also highlights that the Trans community isn't homogeneous & why it's important to use language that the individual is comfortable with - that's the point I was making while also reminding that some terms can be offensive even when offered with good intentions.

Their reply was 'very happy.' Not entirely sure how I held my nerve. Was eventually given customer services number & we left. Customer services rep understood my concerns given that M&S prides itself on responsible, ethical product sourcing. Manager was seen putting them back. 3/3

We called in to grab some lunch when I spotted them. Filled a basket & asked to speak to the manager, who started to phone the police on me & my 13 yo son for doing nothing except asking if they'd remove them from their shelves & if they were happy selling products supporting genocide. 2/3

Just as a courtesy to you, 'transsexual' is an outdated term for much of the Trans & Non-Binary community. Transgender is usually preferred, but always best to ask the individual if they tell you they're Trans. I don't mean to be rude but it's simply a point of information. Solidarity.

I grew up with a resident neighbourhood peacock. His name was Percy. He lived in my neighbour's tree. Said neighbour was occasionally found throwing stuff into the branches in the early hours as Percy had decided we should all be awake 😂. Thanks for the info. They're beautiful birds.

Where do these gorgeous corvids live? They are stunning, but sadly I don't think I'll see any in my garden soon (Northern Ireland/North of Ireland - NI for simplicity)

Your wee one looks adorable in her true vintage coat. A style icon like her mammy & auntie, clearly.

If you're a #MatureStudent or just thinking about it, give it a go. There's a lot of barriers but there's also a lot of reward. I started this journey over 10 years ago & have learned so much about myself. Sometimes the #ScenicRoute is the best way round. 5/5

There will hopefully be more research in my area of interest. Finding something novel might be a bit harder. But for now, I'm going to enjoy a wee rest (after I've done this essay), getting my teeth into the undergraduate course & learning how to study new disciplines. 4/5

One of the hardest things you can do is re-evaluate yourself & your skills. Doing that after a big knock-back was tough but necessary. I'll be starting BA History with Politics in the new year. By the time I get back to PhD level... 3/5

I decided to drop right back after being interviewed for, but not successful in getting onto a #PhDProgramme. It's OK, chances were slim. The course has helped me to learn about some of the skills I'll need when I apply again. 2/5

Absolutely welcome. Wee kitten was taking notes from the ones you've dotted around - I won't spoil it as it's a lovely part of the design

I got my cards (Belfast Castle) & they're gorgeous. Can't wait to post them out. Such beautiful work Sara.

Gorgeous. Wouldn't want to be driving the roads around there but all the more excuse to stay cosy.
