Just a reminder that ever since the late 1990s, roughly 40% of all U.S. crop farmworkers have been undocumented immigrants. The U.S. farm sector is absolutely reliant on undocumented immigrant labor - including here in North Carolina.

When my class was elected in 2010, we cut congress’ own budget and our personal ones by about 10 percent. This one should cut theirs by about 20, and each office should lay off a couple employees. Same DOGE is requiring. Make every @gop answer

Very important points. For example, laying off or otherwise getting rid of National Park Service employees, including firefighters, with the plan to replace them with "seasonal workers". Ironically, the Bannon's arguments against Musk are just as true about Trump.

DOGE is reportedly threatening NOAA with massive staff and budget cuts. NOAA houses the National Weather Service and National Hurricane Center, which produce forecasts and warn people about storms. This attack on public safety is ripped straight from the pages of Project 2025.
