Next year, the EU will require cars to have buttons & dials -- not just touchscreens -- to get a top safety rating. This is a great move. Drivers can fiddle with knobs & buttons without taking their eyes off the road, but they can't do that with touchscreens. (Even better: Tesla will hate this)

... Mac really doesn't have a built-in Audio Mixer for all its applications, huh? For all its crappiness, Windows really does have large parts of the UX completely handled. MacOS definitely behind in a lot of these "nice touch" regards.

My latest #BadKeyboard: The MCKeyb! I built a keyboard in modded Minecraft, then hooked it up through a webserver and a wireless microcontroller, so it appears as a USB keyboard on a different computer. I then used it to post "Hello World!" to bluesky, from minecraft.
