Oh I wish! I’d love to have a ring saw, but I have to save up too.
Other than lots of practice, my favorite bit of kit that has helped my curves are the Silberschnitt running pliers.

They’re so tricky! What has worked for me is starting with the curve before removing any other glass from that piece. For the deeper curves start removing in stages, like a rainbow, slowly working down what’s in the curve. Or s sometimes the glass is just moody and won’t break right!
